Iron Gate
Iron Gate has been feeding Tulsa's hungry since 1978 — serving a free, hot, restaurant-quality meal every single day of the year. No ID required, no income verification, no judgment. Just show up, sit down, and eat. On an average day, Iron Gate serves 400 meals. On holidays, that number doubles.
Beyond the daily meal, Iron Gate provides a free clothing room, day shelter during extreme weather, mail service for those without addresses, and social service referrals. The staff and volunteers treat every guest with dignity — it's a model of what unconditional community support looks like.
How to Get Involved
Volunteer in the kitchen (shifts run 8am–1pm daily), donate food or funds, or organize a food drive. Groups are welcome — Iron Gate is a great volunteering experience for families and corporate teams.
